Development Research Foundation is devoted to rigorous, scholarly research on the growth and economic development of Less Developing countries. It is specifically dedicated to building models of growth for poor countries. The foundation is an independent, non-profit organization think tank that is home to a team of researchers and students.
Through our work, we aim to develop growth and development models which could work for poor countries. Our major objective is to improve the lives of the vulnerable, the poor so that they can have more and better opportunities, make more informed decisions and better choices.
DEVRC conducts research and analysis on a broad range of topics related to how policies and actions of the rich and powerful affect economic growth and development of developing counties. Examples include aid effectiveness, climate change, education, globalization, health, migration and trade. Drawing on our research, we actively engage with thought leaders, policymakers, and others to move our ideas to action.
Recognizing that research and information delivered at the right level and at the right time is central to economic growth and sustainable development, DEVRC facilitates information packaging and delivery for informed decision-making and targeted interventions.
